The Pro-Glazing repair teams are highly experienced, this experience enables them to remedy the problem first time. General contractors may be able to identify a basic problem but our teams will be able to specificly identify the frame system and hardware needed to carry out a repair or possibly an alternative part that can be adapted if the original parts are obelete. This knowledge saves time on trying to locate parts that no longer exist.

We have the support of a group of national hardware suppliers that we have built a strong relationship with. Between them, these suppliers hold or can find almost every part, new and old that may be required for a repair.

Scheduled work will obviously be a more economical solution as our working time will be optimised on site, however there will be times where fast response work is required. This could be a result of previously unmaintained frames/hardware, abuse from tenants or improper use of products or general failure or products. Scheduled work will lead to future savings by maximising the lifespan of products and carrying out minor repairs before they can escalate into expensive problems.
